We are writing to
thank you again for all your help in sorting out our first mortgage.
For the benefit of your prospective clients, we are more than happy
for you to post this on your web-site and will heartily recommend your
outstanding - and (still can’t believe it!) cost-free - service.
The service you
provided us with was exemplary and above any of our expectations from
the very start. It is still very rare to complete an on-line form and
get an immediate call back. It is rarer still for that to be followed
up with well-researched, relevant information within hours rather than
days and weeks.
In our case, if memory serves us right, we first logged on to your
web-site and were looking at a selection of very attractive mortgages
within the same day. From that point on, all the way from our first
application, securing an agreement in principle to receiving the
mortgage offer, Alan was only a phone call away, often calling up
himself to check on the progress. Alan’s friendly manner, sound
