The table shows that Boston in
Lincolnshire is the town at greatest risk of flooding in the
UK with over half of the homes classified as at "significant
risk"
However, although the areas of flood
risk can be identified it is impossible to predict how
accurate the spread is, given that the predictions for flood
water levels are wholly inaccurate.
Climate change will have a dramatic
affect on the flooding models used.
