An Independent mortgage advisor will look at the details you send, on the
mortgage advice request form, and send uk lenders illustrations
back to your PC for printing off. You can then choose, or ask for more variations, and have the mortgage arranged by one of our brokers. The mortgage quotes are automatically filtered to take out those that you do not qualify for (based on income, employment, deposit size etc,) and the remainder sorted in interest rate order. This way, only the lenders with the lowest rates (or other redeeming features, for instance low fees , free valuations or high levels of service) are sent as examples.
